MEET THE FOUNDER
TONY NGUYEN | Owner
Prior to starting TKN LAW, Tony has held positions at top-tier international law firms in both Silicon Valley and Seattle. He has also worked at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
His broad experience has ranged from working with early-stage startups and closely-held businesses to high-stakes M&A, venture capital and corporate transactions for renown clients, including Boeing, Amazon and top real estate developers and fund syndicators.
REPRESENTATIVE EXPERIENCE
M&A: Represented buyers and sellers in over $1B+ worth of M&A transactions.
Venture Capital: Represented both companies and investors in venture capital financings from Series A through Series E.
Investment Funds: Advised private equity and real estate funds in capital raising transactions worth over $200M and securities regulatory matters.
Commercial / IP Negotiations: Advised technology companies in negotiating enterprise licensing deals with blue chip corporations.
International Transactions: Advised U.S.-based companies in investment, acquisition and partnership deals in Asia, Africa and South America. Advised foreign-based funds in inbound U.S. transactions.
